Deborah, a former Wall Street executive, transitioned from a successful finance career to become a highly regarded career and executive coach, transforming the lives of professionals across the U.S. She advises executives and management from leading corporations, including Merck, Amazon, and PwC, on role transitions, leadership agility, and emotional intelligence. A founding leader of Integral Coaches East, she is affiliated with the Institute of Coaching, the International Coach Federation, and New Ventures West.
Deborah has spearheaded initiatives like a Massachusetts statewide program helping 50-plus job seekers re-enter the workforce and a collaboration with the state library system to run impactful career workshops. She has coached at Harvard Business School and served as a keynote speaker at numerous conferences and events.
An active board member at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Deborah has also chaired organizations such as the Boston College MBA Alumni Association and the Corporate Board of Merrimack Valley YMCAs. She holds an MBA from Boston College, multiple coaching certifications, and advanced executive education credentials from Kellogg and Harvard Business Schools. Residing near Boston with her husband and two children, she is also a former triathlon age-group champion.
