The Lexington Chamber of Commerce with the generous support of Cambridge Savings Bank presents Women-in-Business Series. This event series includes a segment of around-the-table introductions followed by a featured guest speaker. In addition to facilitated professional networking, the series places a particular emphasis on learning from one another and sharing work experiences in a friendly, open environment. This event will include admission, light breakfast and coffee.
At our November 8th session, we will hear remarks from Danielle Justo & Frank Gaeta. Danielle is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Group and Tax & Estate Planning Group. She has been admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since 2002. Danielle joined the firm in 2014 after practicing commercial real estate law in Cambridge and Plymouth. She represents clients in a variety of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, financing, leasing, tax abatements, land use and development, business formation, and commercial lending, as well as estate and asset planning and probate matters.
She was awarded a JD/MBA from Boston College (2002) and a Bachelor of Arts (Economics and English, Cum Laude) from the University of Pennsylvania (1998). Her team won first place in the Boston College Carroll School of Business’s Business Plan Competition.
In addition to her practice, Danielle volunteers to help meet the affordable housing needs of deserving families on the South Shore. She is the co-chair of the Site Selection Committee for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Plymouth, Inc. and a former Director. She leads the committee in researching sites for builds, acquiring land from towns, obtaining grants for construction, permitting, and overseeing the project through state affordability approvals to closing. Danielle is also a member of NEWIRE and REBA. She lives in Stoughton with her husband and two children.

In addition to his jury trial experience, Frank has successfully handled arbitrations, and has assisted many clients in resolving disputes through mediation.
