Our new speaker series What Do You Know? introduces you to influential people in and around Lexington: business leaders, officials, motivational speakers, trailblazers and more! With a format that incorporates networking, it's a chance to meet up with others and be energized by new ideas. We invite you to join the conversation.
Speaker: Jay Kaufman, Beacon Leadership Collaborative
Leadership for Uncertain Times: The past two years have challenged businesses with unprecedented uncertainty. How do you make decisions in this environment? What are your employees and stakeholders looking to you for? This will be a brief introduction to the two-day workshop Beacon Leadership Collaborative offers on this topic.
About Jay:
Jay Kaufman served for 24 years in the Massachusetts House of Representatives. Having noticed room for improvement in our public life, he launched the nonprofit Beacon Leadership Collaborative and is now teaching and writing on leadership in the public square.
Please note:
This new series will generally be held on the 4th Wednesday of each month. Since we know members' schedules are all different, we'll be rotating the time and location of the talks to have some in the morning, some midday, and some after work. Join us whenever you can!
