With a long background in hospitality, Gardy brings his energetic spirit and philosophy of love to the serious business of restaurants. Gardy launched Revolution Hall with his partners in the midst of the pandemic last fall. He'll share how they met those challenges to thrive when many other businesses have struggled just to stay open. We guarantee Gardy's enthusiasm is contagious and inspiring!
