Executive Chef Alissa Tsukakoshi (formerly of Lumière, L’Espalier, and American Seasons) will craft a precisely paired 5-course menu, designed to complement the award-winning effervescence of Billecart-Salmon -- a boutique, family-owned House tucked away in Marueil-sur-Aÿ in the historic hillsides of France’s Champagne region -- renowned for its finesse and delicacy since 1818. The dinner will also highlight the luxurious Sturia Oscietra Caviar, celebrated by connoisseurs for its rich, nutty flavor and firm, golden grains sourced from the prized Oscietra sturgeon.
