DESCRIPTION:The Lexington Chamber of Commerce presents Women in Business.  This event includes around-the-table introductions followed by a featured guest speaker.  In addition to facilitated professional networking\, the series places a particular emphasis on learning from one another and sharing work experiences in a friendly\, open environment.  This event will include admission\, light breakfast and coffee. \n\n\n\nIn January\, our speaker is Debbie Lefebvre.\n\n\n\nDebbie Lefebvre is Founder and President of Ideal Group Incorporated as an experienced Executive Coach\, Professional Coach\, Trainer and Facilitator specializing in supporting managers\, executives\, and professionals individually and with their teams improving performance for the greatest results.\n\n \n\nShe holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences\, is an Independent Certified Business Life Coach with the Og Mandino organization\, holds multiple certifications with the Anthony Robbins Company in Leadership and Personal Development\, trained Mediator in the Massachusetts District Court\, and Certified in administrating the Habit Finder Assessment .\n\n \n\nDebbie delivers customized coaching using proven practices\, principles\, and processes\; as a positive-directed advisor she makes a difference in the lives of others through expert advice\, leadership\, and personal empowerment. She analyzes thought processes to purposefully design and create a more productive and positive lifestyle utilizing unique methodologies.\n\n \n\nShe has had three successful start-up businesses spanning over twenty-five years. As an entrepreneur\, she has acted as a change agent\, team developer\, solution seller\, behavioral changer\, problem solver\, and has fostered ample growth among top executives within several viable companies around the New England area.\n\n \n\nIn 2004\, Debbie\, and her former company\, Innovative Marketing Resources\, were recognized by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts  with  the  Governor's  Entrepreneurial  Spirit  Award. Debbie owned and operated this successful multi-million- dollar direct marketing firm for over a decade.\n\n \n\nHer background includes sales and event planning. She has held numerous board and volunteer positions for civic and professional organizations. She lives in Leominster\, Massachusetts with her husband and two sons\, and is an avid tennis player.
